Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate on-site installation, testing, commissioning and handover across Field Service teams, subcontractors, customers and project teams. The role emphasizes QA, safety and documentation, with exposure to drawings review and project coordination.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical, controls, automation or related engineering background, plus site engineering or commissioning experience and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Electrical, Controls, Automation or related engineering background.
Site engineering, field service or commissioning experience.
Exposure to subcontractor management, document control and QA.
Strong coordination, communication and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate site installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Manage subcontractors and Field Service resources.
Support document control including drawings, RFIs, test records and handover documentation.
Manage QA activities including inspections, ITPs, NCRs and defects.
Review drawings and technical documentation and assist with site issues.
Monitor site progress, reporting and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and engineering standards.
Support project close-out and handover.
