Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Commissioning Lead in Western Australia to drive commissioning across Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems for a major capital project. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and align with project milestones through startup.

The role focuses on ownership of commissioning delivery, hands-on testing and handover to operations, with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills required for a successful project handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead, Commissioning Superintendent or Commissioning Manager.
• Engineering qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls or related discipline preferred.
• Strong commissioning experience across Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe execution and coordination of commissioning activities across multiple disciplines.
• Drive commissioning schedules, priorities and project deliverables through to start-up.
• Manage interfaces between project, construction, contractors and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate commissioning, testing and handover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
