Job summary

Peopleconnexion Recruitment is seeking a Site Engineer (Geotechnical) to support delivery across safety, quality, cost, and schedule on major infrastructure projects in Sydney. You will coordinate site teams, procurements, and subcontractors while working with Project Engineers and Managers.

Experience in geotechnical projects and a Civil Engineering degree are required, along with strong communication, reporting, and safety/quality commitment. NSW-based role with travel expectations.

A leading geotechnical contractor delivering ground improvement and reinforcement solutions is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join their Sydney team.

Working across major infrastructure, transport, dams, ports, industrial, commercial, and mining projects, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions for challenging ground conditions.

The Opportunity

As a Site Engineer, you will work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to plan and manage day-to-day activities across ground improvement projects, supporting successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle while meeting company and client expectations.

Travel required.
