Job summary

CMW Geosciences in Sydney's North Ryde region is seeking a motivated Geotechnical Engineer with at least two years of site experience to join our busy team. The role focuses on geotechnical site investigations, analysis, and design advice for infrastructure and energy projects.

Qualifications

• A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer in a consultancy setting
• Full Australian working rights, preferably citizenship or residency
• Experience working in New South Wales is strongly preferred
• Strong experience working onsite, problem-solving, and communicating with clients and contractors
• Previous exposure to proposal preparation and technical report writing
• A full Australian drivers license
• Ability to travel to and work in regional NSW as required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Geotechnical site investigations, analysis and design advice for infrastructure projects

Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking to bring on a motivated and hands-on Geotechnical Engineer with at least two years of site experience to join our busy team in North Ryde, Sydney. What We're Looking for

To be successful in this role you must have,
