Job summary
BESIX Watpac is seeking a Site Engineer to support the Adelaide Airport project under Project Flight. You will drive safety, coordinate construction activities, interpret designs for on-site execution and monitor progress against programme on a major infrastructure upgrade.
The role requires a degree or diploma in construction, strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously on a high-profile site.

- Strong problem solving, decision making and adaptability to changing site conditions
Responsibilities
- Drive safety policies and ensure OH&S compliance on site
- Coordinate construction activities per plans, designs and specs
- Interpret designs for field implementation and suggest improvements
- Oversee tender processes and budget preparation
- Monitor progress and report to Site/Project Manager and attend site meetings
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental and Safety policies
- Support budget development and reporting for site work
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing designs
