Job summary

Winslow Group, a renowned civil construction company, is seeking an Engineer to contribute across multiple project delivery stages from tender handovers through site establishment and delivery. You will focus on safety, time, cost, and quality while coordinating planning, procurement, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an Engineer, infrastructure experience advantageous.
• Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic civil construction environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Involve in tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging and procurement.
• Effectively handling safety, time, cost, and quality.
• Project planning and programming tasks.
• Liaising and coordinating client relationships.
• Monitor performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
• Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
• Procurement of plant, equipment and material.
• Issuing PMPs, SWMs and MSDs.
• Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System.

• Being actively involved with all stages of a project delivery including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and methodology and procurement
• Effectively handling safety, time, cost, and quality
• Project planning and programming tasks.
• Liaising and coordinating the management of client relationships.
• Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
• Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
• Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.
• Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System.
