Meriton, a leading developer on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the team in Surfers Paradise. You will oversee on-site activities for a large-scale high-rise residential development, working with the Project Manager and Lead Site Engineer to ensure delivery to Meriton’s high standards.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors and coordinate across disciplines including WHS, quality control and vendors, ensuring rigorous documentation

Competenze

• 2–5 years' experience in construction within multi-residential, mixed-use projects.
• Experience with steel, concrete, post-tensioning and precast systems.
• WHS and quality assurance experience are essential.

Meriton has designed, developed and built more than 80,000 award winning apartments and some of the tallest residential towers across the east coast of Australia. Meriton offers sales, leasing and property management services, as well as the luxury hotel accommodation brand Meriton Suites with 23 locations nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast QLD.

As aSite Engineer you will oversee and manage all on-site activities on our large-scale residential development. Working alongside the Project Manager and the Lead Site Engineer, you will ensure the successful execution of the new build project to Meriton's trusted high standard.

Duties will include:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for a large scale high-rise residential project
• Day to day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the sub-contractors
• Collaborate with various disciplines such as WHS, Quality Control, Engineers, Contract Administration, Vendors, Suppliers and sub-contractors
• Work with the Project Manager and Lead Site Engineer to ensure project objectives are met and assist with resolving identified issues
• Routine site office administration including reports, record keeping and document control.
• Coordination of services

Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years' experience in Construction in multi-res, mixed-use residential
• Experience with steel, concrete, PT and precast systems
• WHS and Quality assurance experience

This is afull time, permanent role. You must have full time, full working rights in Australia to be eligible for this position.
