Meriton Brisbane is seeking a proactive Building Manager to take ownership of a residential building. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety compliance, and be the on-site point of contact for residents and contractors.

Bring 1–2 years in building/property management, knowledge of Body Corporate processes, and strong communication. A customer-focused, proactive approach with availability for after-hours issues is expected.

We are seeking a proactive and professional Building Manager to join our Brisbane team and take ownership of a residential building.

The role

As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the completed building, ensuring it is well presented, compliant and efficiently run. You will be the key on-site point of contact for residents and contractors, managing issues proactively and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily building operations
• Coordinating maintenance and managing contractors
• Conducting regular building and safety inspections
• Responding to resident enquiries and issues professionally
• Ensuring compliance with Body Corporate and safety requirements

About you

You will bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in building or property management
• Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and strata processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused and proactive approach
• Availability to respond to occasional after-hours issues
