Job summary

Meriton Group in Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a large-scale residential development. You will oversee on-site activities and coordinate with the Project Manager and Lead Site Engineer to ensure delivery to Meriton's high standards.

The role requires 2–5 years' construction experience in multi-res residential projects, familiarity with steel, concrete, PT and precast systems, and WHS/QA expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in construction on multi-res, mixed-use residential projects.
• Experience with steel, concrete, PT and precast systems.
• WHS and quality assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for a large scale high-rise residential project.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising subcontractors.
• Work with Project Manager and Lead Site Engineer to meet project objectives and resolve issues.
• Routine site office administration including reports, record keeping and document control.
• Coordination of services.

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast QLD.

As aSite Engineer you will oversee and manage all on-site activities on our large-scale residential development. Working alongside the Project Manager and the Lead Site Engineer, you will ensure the successful execution of the new build project to Meriton's trusted high standard.

Duties will include

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for a large scale high-rise residential project
• Day to day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the sub-contractors
• Work with the Project Manager and Lead Site Engineer to ensure project objectives are met and assist with resolving identified issues
• Routine site office administration including reports, record keeping and document control.
• Coordination of services

Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years' experience in Construction in multi-res, mixed-use residential
• Experience with steel, concrete, PT and precast systems
• WHS and Quality assurance experience

This is afull time, permanent role. You must have full working rights in Australia to be eligible for this position.
