Golding Contractors is seeking an experienced Specialist Contracts Advisor to join our on-site team at South Walker Creek Mine. The role provides commercial support to project leadership, manages head contract and subcontractor obligations, and ensures compliant, value-driven outcomes on a 9-day fortnight roster.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will handle claims, amendments, and contract administration while coordinating with operations, vendors, and clients to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration or commercial management in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract management principles and claims processes.
• Experience interpreting head contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide contractual and commercial advice on head contracts and subcontractors.
• Manage vendor, supplier and subcontractor contracts and onboarding.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and registers.
• Identify and resolve contractual risks, variations and claims.
• Manage client and subcontractor claims and variations.
• Analyse project costs and commercial data for decision-making.
• Prepare contractual and commercial reports (daily to monthly).
• Lead site administration team and ensure project support.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual compliance and effective commercial outcomes.
