Glencore's Rolleston Open Cut in Queensland invites applications for an experienced Contracts Coordinator (18 months fixed term). You will work within the Commercial team, reporting to the Superintendent Contracts, delivering site contracting plans and helping manage tenders.

The role requires strong leadership, procurement and contract negotiation skills, with preference for mining sector experience and CIPS recognition; you will support stakeholders and help uphold safety and value-based

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract negotiations.
• Mining and resources sector experience desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, legal or engineering; CIPS recognition valuable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage and report the Site contracting plan and annual activity.
• Coordinate pre-tendering, tendering and post-tender negotiations through to award.
• Provide contract support to site customers ensuring fair, ethical dealings.
• Assist in establishing a sustainable contract management framework and monitor performance and risk.
