Job summary

Zeal Personnel is seeking an experienced HSE advisor for a Goldfields project on an 8/6 roster from Perth. This contract role will be based on-site with the owner's team, supporting day-to-day safety management across contractor groups on a world-class mining asset.

The ideal candidate will have HSE qualifications, mining project experience, and the ability to identify risks and implement mitigations, with S26 considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• HSE qualifications required.
• S26 listed as a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with owners teams on Gold Projects is advantageous.
• Able to identify project risks and implement mitigative strategies.
• Previous experience in mining projects is essential.
• Experience in the mining industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day safety management for various contractor groups.
• Reporting to the project director on safety matters.
• Involvement with safety aspects of commissioning activities on the Gold Project.
