Job summary

Liontown Resources Limited is seeking a Technology Communications Technician for our Kathleen Valley site on an 8:6 roster. The role covers installation, maintenance, and fault-finding of surface and underground communications systems including RF/wireless, fibre, and CCTV to support safe mining operations.

You will work with central technology teams and external vendors, performing basic on-site user support when not engaged in communications duties, and ensuring high system availability across

Qualifications

• Site-based communications support experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Exposure to surface and underground operations preferred.
• Familiarity with RF/wireless networks (radio, private LTE) and OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and fault-find radio networks and site wireless networks.
• Maintain radio repeaters, base stations, and field radios in surface and underground areas.
• Support and maintain tracking, CCTV, and safety systems across site.

Education

Cert III/IV Electronics & Communications

ACMA Open Cabling Registration (desirable)
