Job summary

Workfast is seeking reliable Site Cleaners to support a major rail and civil infrastructure project in the Cootamundra region, NSW. This long-term role offers 7:00am start, 10-hour shifts, and a pay rate of $37.97 per hour plus overtime and super.

Situated near Cootamundra/Stockinbingal, the role requires a White Card, reliable transport, and a safety-first approach. Ongoing work on a Tier 1 program with allowances where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold Construction White Card.
• Reliable transport to and from site.
• Experience in commercial, civil, or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of site hygiene across site offices, lunchrooms, amenities, and crib huts
• Clearing debris, rubbish, and hazards across active civil and rail work zones to ensure a safe work environment
• Cleaning and sanitizing communal facilities, touchpoints, and equipment areas
• Restocking site amenities and cleaning supplies as needed
• Waste management, sorting, and disposal in accordance with site environmental guidelines
• Assisting the site team to maintain compliance with Tier 1 safety and housekeeping standards

Workfast is seeking reliable Site Cleaners to join an ongoing major rail and civil infrastructure project in the Cootamundra region, just north of Wagga Wagga, NSW.

This is a long-term opportunity on a large-scale Tier 1 infrastructure program delivering over 35km of new rail and civil works.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintaining high standards of site hygiene across site offices, lunchrooms, amenities, and crib huts
• Clearing debris, rubbish, and hazards across active civil and rail work zones to ensure a safe work environment
• Cleaning and sanitizing communal facilities, touchpoints, and equipment areas
• Restocking site amenities and cleaning supplies as needed
• Waste management, sorting, and disposal in accordance with site environmental guidelines
• Assisting the site team to maintain compliance with Tier 1 safety and housekeeping standards

Pay Rate: $37.97 p/hr + Overtime + Super
Location: Cootamundra / Stockinbingal region, NSW
Hours: 7:00am start, 10-hour shifts
Start Date: ASAP
