Acciona in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to lead on-site delivery of large infrastructure packages, coordinating subcontractors and site crews to meet safety, schedule and quality targets. This is a 2:1 FIFO roster on a major project.

You will report to the Project Manager and drive construction progress across concrete and infrastructure works, while managing budgets, interfaces and QA/QC documentation, ensuring HSE compliance and timely project reporting.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on major construction projects.
• Strong background in concrete structures, civil infrastructure and structural works.
• Experience managing contractors, supervisors and multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Strong understanding of project controls, cost management and scheduling.
• Exposure to contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Experience in QA/QC, commissioning support and project completion activities.
• Ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver civil and infrastructure construction packages from planning through to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site crews
• Manage reinforced concrete structures, foundations, wharf and infrastructure-related works
• Monitor project budgets, schedules and productivity
• Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation, ITPs, inspections and project reporting
• Manage procurement activities and subcontractor agreements
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues on site
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project standards
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and project teams to achieve successful project outcomes
