Job summary

Ivory Group in Sydney is seeking an engineer to provide day-to-day site supervision and engineering support across subdivision and earthworks projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate site activities and liaise with subcontractors to keep works on program.

You will manage documentation, quality records and inspection test plans, assist with programming, procurement and progress reporting, and contribute to a strong safety culture through site inspections and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in subdivision, earthworks or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with site teams.
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in career progression.

Responsibilities

• Providing site supervision and engineering support across subdivision and earthworks projects.
