Job summary

Indigenous Business Growth is recruiting a Quality Manager for a major transport infrastructure project in Western Sydney. Initially office-based in Sydney during mobilisation, the role will transition to a site-based leadership position.

You will establish and manage the Quality Management System, lead quality personnel, and ensure compliance with TfNSW specifications and ISO standards across mobilisation and construction delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager on major civil, road, rail or transport projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience implementing and managing quality systems from mobilisation through construction.
• Strong knowledge of TfNSW specifications, compliance and assurance processes.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification essential; ISO 14001/45001 highly regarded.
• Experience preparing and managing Quality Management Plans, ITPs, audits, surveillance and non-conformance reports.
• Proven leadership of project quality teams and subcontractor QA management.
