Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd in Sydney NSW seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and compliance on a major transport infrastructure project in Western Sydney. The role starts office-based during mobilisation and moves to site leadership.

You will establish and manage the Quality Management System, lead quality personnel and subcontractor teams, ensure TfNSW specifications and ISO standards are met, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience as Quality Manager on major civil, road, rail or transport infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of TfNSW specifications, compliance requirements and assurance processes.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification is essential; ISO 14001/45001 are advantageous.
• Experience leading quality teams, ITPs, audits, surveillance activities and NCRs.

Responsabilités

• Establish and manage the project's Quality Management System.
• Lead quality personnel and subcontractor quality management.
• Ensure compliance with TfNSW specifications and ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Project Leadership Team to align quality objectives with delivery plan.
