Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) has partnered with a leading Australian civil infrastructure contractor to appoint an experienced Quality Manager for a major transport infrastructure project in Western Sydney. Initially based in the Sydney office during mobilisation, the role will transition to site leadership, establishing and running the Quality Management System and ensuring TfNSW and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Quality Manager on major civil/transport projects.
• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience implementing quality systems from mobilisation through delivery.
• Strong TfNSW knowledge and assurance processes.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor; ISO 14001/45001 valued.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the project's Quality Management System.
• Lead quality personnel and coordinate subcontractor quality.
• Ensure compliance with TfNSW specs and ISO standards.
