Job summary

Kaizen Global Technologies in Goulburn, NSW is seeking an experienced Purchasing/Procurement professional to manage local sourcing and supplier relationships. You will raise and process purchase orders, source suppliers, and coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 5+ years in purchasing, strong RFQ and negotiation skills, and hands-on SAP or ERP experience. Candidates must have Australian work rights and be site-based.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Experience with RFQ processes and PO management.
• Hands-on SAP or similar ERP experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering services, manufacturing or heavy industry is preferred.
• Eligible to work in Australia (Australian work rights).

Responsibilities

• Manage local purchasing of materials, equipment, consumables and services.
• Identify and source suppliers, prepare RFQs and evaluate quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Raise, process and manage purchase orders using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Follow up with suppliers and expedite urgent material deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support supplier onboarding, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies, delivery issues and invoice queries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information and purchasing reports.
