Job summary

Zone IT Solutions Pty Ltd seeks an experienced SAP Procurement Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Procurement and MM across large-scale transformation programs in Australia. Strong S/4HANA MM expertise and stakeholder engagement are essential.

You will drive end-to-end design, configure MM modules, lead workshops, and coordinate cross-functional teams through SIT/UAT, data migration, and cutover readiness. Australian public sector experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP MM configuration across full lifecycle.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM expertise.
• Experience with Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Australian public sector or regulated industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Procurement and MM solutions.
• Cover Sourcing, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Supplier Management, Procurement Analytics, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
• Configure SAP MM, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Pricing, Output Management, Release Strategies, and Master Data.
• Support integrations with SAP Ariba, Finance, EWM/Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain modules.
• Develop functional specifications, solution designs, configuration documentation, test scripts, and deployment plans.
• Work with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, Fiori applications, and integrations.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, and quality assurance activities.
• Support data migration, validation, cutover readiness, and reconciliation.
• Act as the key functional contact for procurement process owners and client stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, S/4HANA innovations, and procurement process optimisation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on SAP MM configuration experience across multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM experience.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor/Supplier Management, and Compliance.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Finance, EWM/Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain integrations.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Fiori, Central Procurement, Business Partners, and embedded analytics.
• Excellent requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, functional documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting testing, migration, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Australian public sector or regulated industry experience is desirable.

Mandatory Requirements

• Current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams.
