Orica is seeking a Control Systems Engineer for its Kooragang Island facility in New South Wales. This permanent, full-time, site-based role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

You will maintain and optimize OT systems including DCS, PLC, and safety systems, providing hands-on troubleshooting and lifecycle management while collaborating with operations, maintenance and engineering teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Process Control or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Practical experience with industrial control systems in manufacturing/production settings.
• Knowledge of DCS/PLC/safety systems and process control strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support DCS, PLC and Safety Instrumented Systems for safe, reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot control system issues and provide practical solutions to minimise disruption.
• Manage changes, upgrades and lifecycle requirements per Change management processes.
