Redpath Australia is seeking a Site Administrator to coordinate site administration and support operations for the Ernest Henry BERT Project in Cloncurry, QLD. You will work with the site leadership and project teams to ensure smooth day-to-day site activities.

Ideal candidates have previous experience in a Site/Project Administrator role within mining or heavy industry, strong organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Administrator or Project Administrator
• Experience in mining, construction or heavy industry preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to site leadership and operations teams
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation requirements
• Manage travel, accommodation and roster administration
• Maintain site records, reports and documentation
• Assist with timesheet processing and workforce administration
• Support contractor and visitor management
• Coordinate meetings, calendars and site communications
• Ensure documentation aligns with procedures
• Assist with purchasing, inventory and general office duties
