Job summary

Redpath Mining invites applications for a Site Administrator on the Ernest Henry BERT Project in Cloncurry. This full-time permanent role operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster, supporting site leadership and project teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will coordinate onboarding, travel, rosters and documentation while maintaining records and reporting. A background in mining or heavy industry and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role
• Experience within mining, construction or heavy industry environments highly regarded
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Australian work rights and ability to meet site access requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to site leadership and operational teams
• Manage employee onboarding and site mobilisation requirements
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and roster administration
• Maintain site records, reports and documentation
• Assist with timesheet processing and workforce administration
• Support contractor and visitor management processes
• Coordinate meetings, calendars and site communications
• Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
• Assist with purchasing, inventory and general office administration duties
