Job summary

MACA are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at Cape Preston on a permanent fulltime position, working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and processing operation in Australia, located 100km south west of Karratha in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. MACA is a trusted integrated contracting services group specialising in mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a site-based administrative role within the resources sector.
• Exposure to maintenance and/or production environments (preferred but not essential).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• JDE experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster and leave management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of correspondence.
• Deliver onboarding support and responsive day-to-day administrative assistance.
• Raise purchase requisitions, perform accurate data entry, and prepare weekly and daily reports.
• Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes within relevant systems.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, and roster logistics.
• Manage site supply coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
• Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate offices, managing inquiries and ensuring timely communication of key information.
