Job summary

Merkanooka Haulage in Western Australia is seeking a Site Administrator to support Project Managers and Supervisors on a long-term haulage/mining project. You will manage daily production reports and assist with site mobilisation, while maintaining HSE data and related records.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a site-based admin role, with strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff, clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior experience in a site-based administrative role.
• Experience in mining/haulage environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient administrative support to Project Manager/Supervisors.
• Update and maintain daily production reports.

We areseeking an additional experiencedSite Administrator – 8/6 roster to join ourteam.

Job description:

• Provide effective & efficient administration support to Project Manager/Supervisors
• Update and maintain daily production reports
• Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to site
• Enter daily, weekly and monthly HSE data
• Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases

Our package offerings:

• Permanent full-time opportunity on a long-term project
• Hourly rate ($40) plus superannuation on all hours worked
• Family friendly 8/6 Roster – Day shift work only - 12.5 hr shift
• Weekly pay
• Paid annual leave (20 days) & sick pay (10 days)

To be considered for this role, successful applicants will possess the following:

• 2+ years prior experience in a similarSite-BasedAdministrative role, preferably with expertise in the mining/haulage environment
• Enjoy working in a team environment where you bring your professionalism and your positive attitude to our crew and a great sense of humour
• Confident communication and ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
• Australian working rights - PR or Citizen
• Current and valid Australian Driver’s License(Manual)
