Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Site Activation Manager for Australia to lead study start-up and activation activities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage site documentation, and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong background in site activation, regulatory knowledge, and effective stakeholder management within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting. A remote-capable candidate based in Australia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related life science discipline or equivalent qualification with clinical research experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Start-up Management, Project Management, and/or Site Management.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up activities, project planning, and site activation processes.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial regulations, including study submissions, amendments, safety measures, and trial notifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and strong digital systems aptitude.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English across cultures and global teams.
