This is not an entry-level position; proven signage industry experience and the ability to translate designs into production-ready files are essential. The candidate will work closely with design and production teams to keep jobs on track.

About You

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working in the signage industry.

• Strong technical understanding of signage construction, materials and manufacturing processes.

• Demonstrated experience preparing signage approval drawings, shop drawings and production-ready files.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, site measurements and technical specifications.

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator or similar design and production software.

• Understanding of fabrication methods, fixing systems and manufacturing requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate with a production team.

Highly Regarded

• Experience setting up and operating CNC routers, preferably MultiCam machinery.

• Experience preparing CNC routing and laser cutting files.

• Hands-on experience in signage fabrication and assembly.

• Experience with illuminated signage, fabricated letters and ACM cladding systems.

You don't need to be an expert in every area, but you must have a solid understanding of how signage is designed, constructed and manufactured.
