Job summary

Bentleigh Sign Group, a long‑standing Australian signage manufacturer in Keysborough, is seeking a full‑time Signage Assembler/Manufacturer/All Rounder to join our production team.

You will assemble illuminated signage and pylon signs, fabricate metal and plastic components, and contribute to high‑quality workmanship within a supportive, family‑owned culture with stable, Monday‑to‑Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Be able to follow instructions while also working independently when required.
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
• Hold a trade qualification (preferred but not essential).
• If not trade qualified, have a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a wide range of signage products, including illuminated signage such as LED and neon signs.
• Pylon sign assembly.
• Metal and plastic fabrication and assembly.
• General assembly of signage components and structures.
• Cladding using aluminium composite panels (ACM), metal cladding, and cassette systems.
• Work collaboratively within a production and manufacturing team environment.

About You
