Job summary

Sunquest Industries on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a hands-on Signage Installer & Sign Maker to join our team. The role blends workshop fabrication with on-site installation of custom signage.

You will fabricate signs, apply vinyl, assemble lightboxes and wire LEDs, while also transporting and mounting signs at client sites. A strong focus on accuracy, safety, and reading plans is essential. Experience in fitout or construction is valued; valid license and white card preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign fabrication or installation.
• Vinyl application, LED assembly and power tool operation.
• Willingness to work at heights and read plans.

We are seeking a motivated Signage Installer & Sign Maker to join our team. This hands‑on role combines workshop fabrication and on‑site installation of custom signage.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Transporting, positioning, and securely mounting signage at client sites using tools, ladders, and access equipment.
• Sign Making: Signage fabrication in many forms, vinyl application, 3D/lightbox assembly, and LED wiring.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in sign making, fabrication, or signage installation.
• Hands‑on skills like vinyl application, LED assembly and power tool operation.
• Comfortable working at heights and performing active physical work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take accurate measurements & read plans.
• Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card required (EWP/Heights tickets highly regarded).
• Experience working in fitout & construction environments.
