Fortescue is seeking an experienced Supervisor Shutdown Execution at Cloudbreak to lead safe, on-site shutdown delivery. You will coordinate planning, maintenance, operations and contractors to ensure work meets safety, scope and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing work fronts, verifying permits and isolations, and driving timely close-out with continuous improvement actions. Previous Schedule 26 supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance or shutdown work in mining or heavy industry.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, contractors and work fronts.
• Strong understanding of safety, risk management, permits and isolations.
• Able to read work packs, schedules, and technical documents.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the safe execution of shutdown work in line with approved plans and schedules.
• Supervise employees and contractors, providing clear direction and support.
• Coordinate work fronts, resources, equipment and materials during shutdowns.
• Verify work is ready to execute, including permits, isolations and job packs.
• Monitor progress against schedule and address delays, risks and changing priorities.
• Maintain regular communication with planning, maintenance and operations teams.
• Conduct field inspections and promote compliance with safety and site requirements.
• Support shutdown close-out, including handover, reporting and improvement actions.
