The role requires proven experience in supervising large-scale shutdowns in heavy industry, strong SAP skills, budget oversight, and a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising large-scale shutdowns in heavy industry.
• Strong SAP skills to manage work orders, parts and execution.
• Experience coordinating maintenance with engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shutdown planning, scheduling, and readiness reviews to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate labour, materials, permits and scope with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Manage contractor performance and site procedures.
