Job summary

Petries Group is seeking a showroom team member for our Coffs Harbour Kitchen and Bath Showroom. You will help customers select premium kitchen and bathroom products, guide them through design options, and translate selections into quotes and orders.

On-the-job training is provided. A rotating Saturday roster is part of the role, with opportunities to grow within the group’s multiple NSW locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an organised and efficient showroom experience for customers.
• Document selections and convert to quotes and orders.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and maintain relationships.
• Educate customers about products and services to aid decision making.
• Maintain a fresh, clean, well-merchandised showroom.

Design 10 is a one stop showroom with a vast range of premium, luxury kitchen and bathroom products.

The Petries Group are looking for someone to join our Coffs Harbour Kitchen and Bath Showroom team.

We take everyone on a journey of colour and product selection to realise their dream home build or renovation. Help them choose the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry fixtures to reach their design dreams, through the excitement, twists, and turns of a renovation journey, helping them understand their options and our product range.

On the job training provided so if you have the drive & willingness to learn, are customer focused, outgoing, and have an eye for detail we want to hear from you!

A rotating Saturday roster will be part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an organised and efficient selection process for our customers.
• Document the selection accurately and develop into quotes and orders.
• Communicate effectively with our customers throughout the process.
• Educating and enlightening our customerson our products and services
• Maintain a fresh clean and well merchandised showroom.
