MCM House Pty is seeking a Part Time Sales Consultant for its Sydney showroom. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through our furniture collections to find perfect pieces for their homes.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, processing orders, and meeting sales targets in a collaborative showroom environment. Weekend availability is required for success in this busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience (retail or furniture).
• Passion for exceptional service and keen interest in design and furniture.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong initiative.
• Available to work weekends and 3 days during the week.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide personalized assistance and product guidance.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Process orders in person, over the phone, and via email with attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain accurate records in Zendesk.
• Contribute to personal and team sales targets through collaborative strategies.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Prepare showroom daily and ensure a welcoming, organized environment.
