MCM House in New South Wales is seeking a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through our coastal furniture collections.

In this role you will process orders, maintain showroom presentation, and contribute to team sales targets while building lasting client relationships. Weekend availability and 3 weekdays are required to support our busy showroom.

Qualificações

• Proven sales or customer service experience (preferably retail or furniture).
• Passion for exceptional service and keen interest in design and furniture.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet and engage clients, providing personalised assistance and product guidance.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Process orders in person, over the phone, and via email with attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain accurate records in Zendesk.
• Contribute to personal and team sales targets through collaborative strategies.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards
• Prepare showroom daily and ensure A welcoming, organised environment

ABOUT YOU

• Proven sales or customer service experience (preferably retail or furniture)
• Passion for exceptional service and keen interest in design and furniture
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional attitude with strong initiative
• Available to work weekends and 3 days during the week
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
