Job summary

MCM HOUSE is seeking passionate Showroom Sales Consultants to join our Sydney showroom. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey, delivering a personalised experience and building lasting client relationships.

This focused sales role rewards performance with an unlimited commission structure and a supportive team. Weekend availability is required, and you will maintain product knowledge, KPIs and an inspiring showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium retail or design-focused sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong KPI accountability and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and clienteling.
• Willingness to work one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Drive showroom conversion and maximise sales opportunities.
• Increase AOV through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain an active pipeline of customers, quotes and future opportunities.
• Follow up quotes, enquiries and undecided customers to convert to sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM and retail systems.
• Deliver a warm, personalised showroom experience and build genuine relationships.
