Beta Wellness is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast showroom in Buderim. This full-time role offers $60,000 plus superannuation and sales commission, with an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, with a background in automotive, caravan, RV, marine or other high-value retail sales, and a track record of negotiating and closing sales. Availability to work weekdays and weekends is required.

• Proven sales experience is essential.

• The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to negotiate and close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in our showroom.
• Understanding customer needs and confidently presenting suitable products.
• Actively following up leads by phone, email and through our CRM system.
• Managing customer relationships and converting enquiries into sales.
• Working towards individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline.
• Taking ownership of showroom cleanliness, presentation and organisation, ensuring all display products and showroom areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Assisting with day-to-day showroom operations.
