Job summary

MCM House is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead our Balgowlah showroom team and drive revenue through exceptional customer service and strategic sales initiatives.

You will own showroom operations, mentor staff, and ensure premium presentation and client engagement while coordinating with logistics for smooth daily execution. Weekend availability is required to support busy sale periods.

Qualifications

• Proven showroom or retail management experience (preferably furniture/premium lifestyle brands).
• Strong leadership and sales coaching skills with track record of exceeding targets.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interest.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with solutions-focused mindset.
• Available to work weekends with flexible scheduling.
• Keen eye for detail and brand presentation standards.
• Experience in the furniture industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our showroom team in Balgowlah. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You'll take ownership of showroom operations, sales performance, and team development while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long-term client relationships. This role requires one day of work on the weekends, and weekend coverage during busy sale periods.
