Mud Australia seeks a Showroom Manager for our new Claremont location. You will lead a passionate retail team, drive sales and profitability, and uphold operational excellence across inventory and showroom standards.

You will partner with HR and headquarters to refine procedures, maintain visual merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand values.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Store Manager or Supervisor role.
• 3+ years of retail store experience.
• Strong eye for design and memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Customer Experience by delivering memorable service and setting a high team standard.
• Inspire & Manage a Team by recruiting, onboarding, and rostering staff to hit targets.
• Drive Retail Performance to meet budgeted sales and profit goals.
• Stock & Inventory Operations including stocktakes and visual merchandising.
• Visual Merchandising & Standards to maintain an on-brand showroom.
• Operational Excellence by improving policies with HR and HQ.
