Job summary

Kitchen Connection in Alexandria is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will own showroom performance, coach staff, and play a key role in sustaining high standards throughout the sales process and daily operations.

The role offers an attractive base salary with uncapped bonus opportunities, plus a phone allowance and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

• Proven experience in retail management and sales leadership.
• Experience in electrical/furniture/home improvement retail is highly regarded.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver results.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing showroom team.
• Drive sales performance and achieve showroom KPIs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through to sale.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, administration, and reporting.
• Monitor sales pipelines and appointment conversions to maximise results.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in retail management, sales leadership, and team development.
• Previous management experience in electrical retail, furniture retail or home improvement retail (highly regarded).
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver results.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and retail systems.
