Job summary

e&s Canberra showroom is seeking a customer‑focused Sales Consultant to help customers design dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. You’ll combine deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer who visits our showroom.

As a key member of the sales team, you’ll manage the customer journey from quotation to sale, coordinate delivery and installation, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with training and development awaits.

Qualifications

• Genuine ability to connect with people and guide them through the purchase journey.
• Natural ability to identify opportunities and drive sales outcomes.
• Experience in a customer‑focused role (retail, real estate, automotive, travel, etc.).
• Strong self‑management: prioritise, multi‑task, adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
• Manage the customer journey end-to-end—from quotation through to sale, delivery coordination and installation, with follow-up for satisfaction.
• Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge through training and support.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
