Qualifications

Customer-focused and able to guide purchases.
Natural ability to identify opportunities and drive sales outcomes.
Experience in retail, real estate, automotive, travel or similar fields is valued.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable learning new systems.

Responsibilities

Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
Manage the customer journey from quotation to sale, delivery, installation and follow-up.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to create customers for life.
Stay updated with product knowledge through training and support.
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
