GlobeWest is seeking a Showroom Consultant in Sydney to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide expert guidance on furniture and homewares. The role requires proactivity, the ability to multitask, and a passion for interior design.

You will engage clients seeking tailored solutions for projects and homes, with a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. You will maintain showroom presentation, greet clients, and deliver confident design advice while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/retail with a background in interior design.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and adapt to a fast-paced showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and showcase contemporary products.
• Meet & greet clients for a professional sales experience.
• Develop trust and deliver excellence in client service throughout the experience.
• Guide clients through options while understanding and meeting their needs.
• Create design-advice solutions delivering the best client experience.
• Handle administrative duties including answering phones, quotes, and data entry.
