Job summary

JPC Kitchens in Alexandria Showroom is looking for an enthusiastic candidate for an entry-level role combining showroom and office duties with on-the-job training. The position is full time, four weekdays and one Saturday each week.

The successful candidate will be working directly alongside the Managing Director and will be someone who takes pride in themselves and their personal career goals, as well as working collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Ideal for someone studying interior design or wanting to enter the industry.
• High level organisation and methodical approach to tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Basic administrative duties including use of Xero.
• Responding to email communication.
• Answering all phone calls and directing clients to sales consultants.
• Meet and greet clients and assist with colours and materials selection.
• Keep showroom up to date with styling, cleanliness and accurate pricing/ labeling.
• Ordering materials from suppliers.
• Invoice preparation for clients and tracking progress payments.

JPC Kitchens is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to work in our Alexandria Showroom. This entry-level role would include both showroom and office duties, with on the job training included. The role is full time and would include 4 weekdays and one Saturday each week.

We are a custom joinery business that has been creating custom made kitchens, laundries and wardrobes across Sydney for 42 years.

The successful candidate will be working directly alongside the Managing Director and will be someone who takes pride in themselves and their personal career goals, as well as working collaboratively in a team environment.

The job role will include;

Basic administrative duties including use of Xero

Responding to email communication

Answering all phone calls and directing clients to sales consultants

Meet and greet clients and assisting with client selection of colours and materials

Keeping the showroom up to date with styling, cleanliness and accurate labelling and pricing

Ordering materials from suppliers

Invoice preparation for all clients and tracking of progress payments

Experience and requirements:

Some experience in a similar role would be an advantage
