Job summary

Gold Fields is hiring for a blasting-focused role at the St Ives Gold Mine. The position involves delivering high-quality blasting services as part of the Surface Mining team, with FIFO from Perth or local residence in Kalgoorlie or Kambalda.

Up to six months’ company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. You will handle explosives, ensure safety and compliance, and work with the mining crew to meet production targets while

• Play a key role in delivering, high-quality blasting operations at a leading gold mine

The Opportunity

In the role, you will provide quality and timely blasting services as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.

Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
