Job summary

Glencore's Rolleston Open Cut is seeking an experienced Shotfirer to join the Production team. Reporting to the Blast & Mine Services Superintendent, you will oversee safety, compliance with SHMS, and lead a production-focused crew to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Key requirements include holding a QLD Shotfirer Licence and QLD Mining Supervisor S123, with a strong safety mindset, teamwork, and clear communication.

Rolleston Open Cut is a 16Mtpa thermal coal mine located in the southern Bowen Basin in Central Queensland. With a long life of mine and low operating costs, the mine has a bright outlook. About the Role
