Job summary

Franchise Fitout Group is looking for an experienced carpenter/shopfitter to join our team for hospitality and retail fitouts across Australia. You will install cabinetry, framing and custom joinery while following project plans and safety guidelines.

Candidates should hold a trade qualification, bring power tools, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transport. A strong eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification in carpentry/shopfitting with experience on the tools with supporting evidence.
• Proven track record and experienced in hospitality and retail fitouts – 3 years minimum.
• Outstanding Attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional at reading and understanding plans, construction, OH&S and regulatory practices.
• Have your own power tools.
• Full driver’s license and your own transport.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meet construction compliance, scheduled project outcomes and deadlines.
• Installation works including carpentry, cabinetry, framing and finishing works.
