Job summary

The Filler Piece is seeking a motivated, newly trade-qualified Installer to back themselves, refine their craft on-site, and grow with our business. You will work across high-end residential joinery installs and commercial fit-outs, sharpening on-site problem-solving and installation craftsmanship with direct support.

You will read shop drawings, perform on-site check measures, leveling and scribing, maintain a clean, safe site, and communicate clearly with management to resolve basic issues

Qualifications

• Trade qualification completed in Cabinetmaking/Joinery/Carpentry.
• Current Driver's Licence with reliable transport.
• White Card (General Construction Induction).
• Basic hand and power tools for site installation.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality and pride in clean finishes.

Responsibilities

• Install kitchens, laundries, bespoke residential joinery, and fit-outs.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, layout plans, site specs.
• Perform on-site check measures, leveling, scribing, minor mods.
• Identify and solve basic site issues, communicate with management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional site environment.

We are looking for a motivated, newly trade-qualified Installer ready to back themselves, refine their craft on-site, and grow with our business. You will work across high-end residential joinery installs and commercial fit-outs, refining your on-site problem-solving and installation craftsmanship with direct support.

Key responsibilities

• Install kitchens, laundries, bespoke residential joinery, and commercial fit-outs
• Read and accurately interpret shop drawings, layout plans, and site specifications
• Perform on-site check measures, leveling, scribing, and minor site modifications
• Identify and solve basic site issues early, keeping clear communication with management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional site environment

About you

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, or Carpentry (Newly qualified tradespeople welcome)
• Current valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Basic hand and power tools suited for site installation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and pride in clean finishes
