Job summary

Hays is partnering with a well-established shopfitting contractor delivering quality retail, commercial, hospitality and office fit-outs across Adelaide. As a Shopfitter, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of commercial fit-outs, joinery, cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings across a variety of projects.

Working alongside a skilled team, you will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, reading plans, measuring, cutting and delivering quality

Qualifications

• Previous shopfitting experience is essential.
• White Card is essential.
• Able to read and interpret plans and drawings.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced shopfitter to join their team.

As a Shopfitter, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of commercial fit‑outs, joinery, cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings across a variety of projects. Working alongside a skilled team, you will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous shopfitting experience (Essential)
• Carpentry qualification or relevant carpentry experience highly regarded
• White Card (Essential)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Experience using a range of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
