Job summary

Henry Graham is seeking an experienced Shopfitting Foreman to lead on-site activities for commercial fit-outs in Sydney. You will supervise installers and trades, interpret drawings, and ensure precise measurements and setting out for joinery and metalwork.

You will manage safety, quality, and budget while coordinating deliveries and stakeholders. A White Card,Driver’s licence, and strong leadership are essential for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in shopfitting or commercial fit-outs.
• Previous experience as Foreman, Leading Hand, or Site Supervisor.
• Strong experience in joinery installation, stainless steel and metalwork, and commercial fit-outs.
• Ability to carry out accurate site measurements and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with setting out and ensuring installations meet specification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Current White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on-site.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shopfitting Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing shopfitting projects, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial fit‑outs, particularly restaurants and cafés, with strong knowledge of joinery installation, metalwork, site measurements, and setting out. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on‑site shopfitting activities.

Lead and manage installers, subcontractors, and trades.
